6、ssessedinaccordancewithRegulation(EC)No1334/2008[onflavouringsandcertainWhereas:foodingredientswithflavouringpropertiesforuseinandonfoods],mustnotbeplacedonthemarketorusedinfoodstuffsforhumanconsumption,inaccordancewiththe(1)Thefreemovementofsafeandwholes
