1、第27卷第3期2010年3月公路交通科技JournalofHighwayandTmmportationResearchandDevelolmmntV01.27No.3Mar.2010文章编号:1002-0268(2010)03-0054-05路邦EN一1固化剂稳定土路用性能试验研究姜利,邢志强(东北林业大学土木工程学院,黑龙江哈尔滨150040)摘要:针对黑龙江省齐齐哈尔地区讷河一带砂石材料匮乏这一问题,采用粘土作为基层材料,用美国路邦I/:51一l固化剂进行加固,并时加固土的路用性能进行对比研究。在分析原材料物理性质基础上。对石灰剂量为3%。9%范围内不同配比的石灰粘土和掺入0.018
2、%路邦EN—l的石灰粘土进行无侧限抗压强度试验,根据强度变化规律确定固化剂稳定土的最佳石灰用量为5%。在此基础上对5%石灰稳定土、9%石灰稳定土和5%石灰固化剂稳定土进行水稳定性试验、抗冻性试验、干缩和温缩试验,计算出干缩抗裂系数和温缩抗裂系数,并利用干缩抗裂系数和温缩抗裂系数对上述3种材料进行了抗裂性能评价。研究结果表明:5%石灰固化剂稳定土的稳定性和疲劳抗裂性能明显优于5%石灰稳定土和9%石灰稳定土,可以用作寒区道路基层材料。关键词:道路工程;抗裂性;试验;粘土;路邦EN一1固化剂中图分类号:13416.1文献标识码:AExperimentalResearchonPerformanc
