2、仪对2个桑园的26个桑品种(杂交组合)叶片的SPAD值进行测定,并对其进行养蚕叶质鉴定。【结果】在20个桑品种(杂交组合)中,大部分材料的最大叶片近尖区的SPAD值较高,其次为中央区。在6个桑品种(杂交组合)中,第13叶或第14Dr的SPAD值相对较高,为43.6--49_3,与其他部分叶位的差异达显著水平(P<0.05,下同);而第311]-的SPAD值显著低于大部分叶位,为27.5~35.5;桂桑优12第3~14叶的平均值最高,为41.0;自第3到第14叶位,sPAD值总体上呈递增趋势。在20个桑品种(杂交组合)中,以Mlx桂诱93
