4、dnotshowanysignificantreductioninabilitytogerminateaftersixmonthsstorageat15and320C.TheresultsshowedtIlatdryheattreatmentimprovedgerminationperformanceofluffaseeds,howevertheeffectsofdryheattreatmentdifferedindif-ferentvarieties.Inaddition,theeffectsofdryheatong

7、发芽和种子贮藏能力。【结果】经60。C处理30min,初始发芽率较低的CTS一02和CTS一04的种子发芽率分别提高到26%和44%;在80。C处理60min,初始发芽率较高的CTS一03和CTS一05的种子发芽率分别提高到96.5%和91%。80。C处理60min后将CTS一03和CTS一05分别在15。C和32。C条件下贮藏6个月,其种子发芽率均未发生显著变化。【结论】干热处理对种子萌发有促进作用,但效果大小和丝瓜品种特性有关;干热处理对丝瓜种子发芽的促进效果可以维持6个月以上。关键词:干热处理;丝瓜;发芽率;贮藏
