1、CAD／CAE／CAPP／CAM现代制造工程(ModernManufacturingEngineering)2017年第5期基于MBD的工艺模型集成化建模与表达毛贝1，刘志存2，梅中义1(1北京航空航天大学机械工程及自动化学院，北京100191；2华北理工大学机械工程学院，唐山063009)摘要：在以设计模型为核心的信息传递模式下，根据工艺设计过程的信息定义、信息传递和信息管理要求归纳出工艺模型基本属性，包括工艺过程信息定义、工艺设计意图表达和工艺信息数据载体3个方面。以参数化为主要方式规范地定义了整个工艺设计

2、过程中工艺设计依据、工艺规划、详细工艺设计、工艺文件导出和工艺审批与管理等环节相关数据。指出CAD系统中可应用于工艺模型建模的5种关联机制，并根据工艺模型集成化特点设计出FileLink和Capture／Re—sourceLink两种新的关联机制。在基于模型定义(ModelBasedDefinition，MBD)技术的参数化与三维标注表达方式基础上设计了几何元素引用、捕获视图关联与文件关联表达方法，丰富了MBD技术的表达方式。最后给出了工艺模型在三维CAPP系统集成环境下的设计流程与建模实例。关键词：基于模型定
