2、风险管理理论的研究分析，说明通过安全风险管理预防事故发生是完全可行和非常必要的，并在此基础上确立了安全风险管理的理念：管理重点是人；安全风险管理要贯穿整个工程周期；安全风险管理不能完全依靠保险和监测数据；信息化在安全风险管理中具有重要作用。最后，本文还提出了下一步安全风险管理研究所要解决的突出问题。关键词：地铁工程；风险管理；海因里希法则；海恩法则；事故预防中图分类号：U231．3文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-0985(2012)01-0061-07RiskManagementinRailTransitConst
