1、10.16638/j.cnki.1671-7988.2017.19.007Honda节能车WH125发动机供油方式及油耗特性实验研究郝艳东,宋勇,秦军,雷伟梁,马兴旺,薛小婷,孔宇飞(太原科技大学机械工程学院,山西太原030024)摘要:Honda中国节能竞技大赛是一项以提高能源利用效率、创造节约型社会为主题的赛事。文章针对Honda节能车WH125发动机的供油方式及其耗油特性开展实验研究。对光印、益科电喷供油系统及原机化油器供油系统在发动机起动、怠速、稳态、瞬态等工况下的耗油特性进行了对比实验,获得了3种供油方式在WH125发
2、动机不同工况下的耗油特性。对实验数据进行分析得,光印电喷系统对节能车发动机的调控更加精确、合理,对发动机冷机、热机及不同外界环境下的燃油喷射具有较为恰当的调控措施,与益科电喷和原机化油器供油系统相比,燃油经济性更高。关键词:Honda节能车;电喷;供油特性;实验研究中图分类号:U469.6+96文献标识码:A文章编号:1671-7988(2017)19-15-04ExperimentresearchofTheWH125engineoilsupplyplanandfuelconsumptioncharacteristicsforH

5、iginalmachinecarburetor.Andthen,aimingattheaboveoilsupplyways,thetaskperformedsomeexperimentsintermsoftheenginestarting,idling,steadystateandtransientconditions.Theseeffortswerepreparedforproceedingscientificselectionandcomparisonoftheengineoilsupplyways.Thus,theexpe
6、rimentconcludedlotsofoilsupplycharacteristicstowardsthedifferentworkingconditionsoftheWH125engine.TheexperimentdatewereanalyzedbytheMATLABsoftware,andtheresultisshownthatGuangYinEFIsystemhasamorelogicalandscientificcontrol.ItisalsoconcludedthatGuangYinEFIhasmoreappro
