3、有良好的心理素质和创新能力，乐于为人民服务、爱岗敬业；2.系统掌握汉语国际教育的基本理论、知识和技能。了解本学科在国内外的现状、发展趋势及理论走向；3•外语达到英语六级水平，有较全面的听、说、读、写能力，具备较强的英汉对译能力，能较好地了解外国的文化知识和国情；4.掌握扎实的汉语文化知识理论，以及相关的社会科学、人文科学与一定的自然科学的基础知识，有较强的文学艺术鉴赏能力；5.有良好的计算机应用素质，能熟练地运用计算机输入、编排、处理中英文材料；1.了解对外交往的有关方针政策和法规，具有较强的公关协调、组织管理等实际工作和外事活动能力。Studentsareexp
