1、锁定钢板联合钛缆治疗韻关节置换术后假体周围骨折的效果［摘要］目的探讨锁定钢板联合钛缆治疗髓关节置换术后假体周围骨折的效果。方法选择于湖北省武汉市武昌医院2012年1〜12月行骯关节置换术后假体周围骨折治疗患者100例，将其随机分为联合治疗组及对照组，每组各50例。对照组给予单纯的锁定钢板治疗，联合治疗组采用锁定钢板联合钛缆治疗，术后两组均进行功能锻炼，行肌肉舒缩、关节屈伸等加强关节的活动。随访吋间为1年。记录两组患者手术吋间、手术出血量、骨折愈合时间、Harris骯关节评分，并进行疗效比较。结果联合治疗组手术出血量及骨折愈合吋间明显较对照组少，两组手术出血
2、量［(403±13)mL比(566±10)mL］和骨折愈合时间［(148±10)d比(179±11)d］比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者Harris髓关节评分在术后3个月、6个月、1年3个不同时间点均高于对照组，经统计学比较，两组Harris评分［(60.4±2.4)分比(41.3±2.0)分,(71.4±7.5)分比(55.7±2.4)分，(80.8±1.2)分比(65.5+1.4)分］,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o术后1年随访结果显示，联合治疗组的优良率为88.0%,明显高于对照组(4&0%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05
