1、齐鲁护理杂志2014年第20卷第20期综合保温护理对老年患者术中低体温及术后并发症的影响石春静，常宗娥(聊城市人民医院山东聊城252000)【摘要】目的：探讨综合保温护理对老年患者术中低体温及术后并发症的影响。方法：选取我院2009年11月～2012年11月老年行择期全麻手术患者17o例，随机分为对照组和实验组各85例，对照组常规护理，实验组进行综合保温护理，比较两组患者术中低体温的发生情况，术后气管导管拔管时间和清醒时间以及术后寒战和躁动情况。结果：实验组患者发生低体温25例，低体温发生率为29．4％；对照组发生低体温66例，低体温发生率为77．6％，实验组术中低体温发生率明显低于
