1、中文摘要随着社会经济的高速发展，格式条款应用地越来越广泛，这使得不公正、侵犯消费者权益的格式条款大量存在。作为明确电信业务经营者与电信用户之间权利义务的主要法律文件之一，电信服务合同通常采用格式条款的形式来订立，它的缔约强制性、对象广泛性、当事人经济地位不平衡性等特性非常容易造成消费者利益的损失。只有合理公正公平的电信服务合同格式条款才能维护合同的公平正义，才能保护广大电信消费者的合法权益。因此，对电信服务合同中格式条款的规制显得尤为重要。本文首先介绍电信服务合同格式条款的基础理论知识，然后从案例着手，分析目前我国电信服务合同
