1、摘要20世纪80年代末期，中国社会出现了“民工潮"现象。随着越来越多的外来流动人口流入城市社会，居住于贫困地区的少数民族流动人口也加快了流入城市社会的步伐，从而形成了各个少数民族杂居于各大城市社会的现象。在现代各少数民族共居，多民族文化共存的城市社会中，外来流动人口进入城市后，在适应这样的城市社会环境，必然会存在很多的问题与困难。鉴于国内外学者关于流动入口城市适应的理论研究成果，本文以北京市魏公村附近蒙古餐馆的从业人员作为调查对象，利用访谈法与问卷法相结合的方法对餐馆流动人口城市适应进行调查研究。笔者从流动人口的经济、社会、文化及心理四个层面对餐馆从业人员的城市适应进行描述与分析，进而了解餐馆

2、从业人员城市适应的过程与状况。通过调查研究发现，餐馆从业人员在经济、社会、文化及心理等各个层面上的适应都存在着问题。餐馆从业人员不管是在何种层面，都不可能完全适应城市社会。调查还发现，大部分的餐馆从业人员已经能够很好地适应城市社会的生活工作，但还有小部分的从业人员是很难适应城市社会。关键词从业人员，流动人口，城市适应ABSTRACTThelate1980s，withthephenomenonof“tideofrurallabor”appearedinChinesesociety，moreandmoremigrantpeoplefloatintotheurbansociety,minorityp
