1、新农村住宅建设中出现的问题-基础理论摘要：“十一五”规划以来，我国新农村建设稳步前进。作为社会主义新农村建设过程中的一项重要内容，搞好新农村住宅建设直接关系着广大农民群众居住条件的改善和生活质量的提升。但是，在享受新农村建设带来丰硕成果的同时，我们也要正视我国新农村住宅建设过程中存在的问题，并采取对策予以更正和改善，促进新农村建设更好的发展。本文分析了目前我国新农村住宅建设的现状及存在的主要问题，并结合实际情况提出了几点改善措施。关键词：新农村；住宅建设；问题abstract:sincethe11thfive-yearplan,china’snewruralcons
