1、学科坊主研修工作计划篇一：坊主工作计划坊主工作计划单位：桐柏县平氏镇第一初级中学姓名：胡保群坊主工作计划一、指导思想以提高教师思想道德素质，以知识更新与拓展、教学基本功训练、学科教学整合能力训练提高教师教育教学技能，以现代信息技术、教育科研能力训练提高教师教育科研能力，促进教师专业化发展为宗旨。更好地发挥名师、骨干教师的示范、辐射、引领作用，提升其专业化的发展空间，促进所有教师的共同发展，形成良性的教师互动机制，实现优质教育资源共享，推动桐柏教育快速、健康、均衡发展，由桐柏县教研室牵头成立本工作坊。为此，特制定本工作坊计划。二、发展目标1、团队成员的教育教学理念、专业态度、专业追求、专业知识和
