6、州市富基房地产开发有限公司开发兴建、泛华工程有限公司广东分公司设计、广州联嘉建设监理有限公司监理的高层商住楼。地下三层，地上34层，钢筋砼框架剪力墙结构，人工挖孔灌注桩基础。屋面标高99.64m，屋面为有组织排水,屋面防水采用自防水与附加防水相结合,砼为C30、P6，另加2mm厚911非焦油聚氨醋防水涂料防水层。屋面总面积约900m2。二、编制依据：1、《屋面工程质量验收规范》GB50207－2002。2、广东省标准施工技术规程DBJ15－19－59。3、广东省住宅工程质量通病防治措施二十条。4、广州市建设工程质量通病防治措施。三、施工部署：1、材料准
7、备：按照施工面积计算防水材料及配套材料用量,一次进场到位,防水材料采用科顺牌非焦油聚氨酯涂料（911）,材料进场后及时报审，经监理见证取样，合格后方可用于本工程。2、现场准备：1、将屋面防水基层进行全培养学生的阅读习惯，通过阅读欣赏短文，引导学生感悟大自然的美，激发热爱家乡的感情。语文生活，让学生认识到生活中处处有语文，学习语文应走出课堂，在生活中自主地认字。通过口语交际，培养学生交流的兴趣和交际能力。5ndoverallleadershipresponsibilityforsafety.AdministrativeDeputyiswithinthes
