1、常用的收集培训需求信息方法一般有9种，具体包括：观察法、问卷培训法、访谈法、档案资料法、集体(小组)讨论法、测验法、关键事件法、培训自我分析法、工作样本法。下面逐一分述之。1.观察法观察法是培训者亲自到员工工作岗位上去了解员工的具体情况。通过培训与员工一起工作，观察员工的工作技能、工作态度、了解其在工作中遇到培训的问题及可用培训解决的问题。观察法比较适用于操作技术方面的工作，对于管理类工作也具有一定培训的帮助价值，但却不适于技术开发(无明显的外部行为特征，主要以内隐培训方式完成工作)、销售(成本过高，可行性差)等工作。观察法一般是在非培训正式的情况下进行的，否
2、则易造成被观察者的紧张和不适应。为了提高观察效果，通常要设计一份观察记录表，用来査核要了解的培训各个细节，这样，观察既不流于形式，而且当研究结束时，可有详细的资培训料作为选择培训内容的参考。◎优点(1)基本上不妨碍被考察对象的正常工作和集体活动。(2)所得的资料与实际培训需求之间相关性较高。◎缺点(1)观察者必须十分熟悉被观察对象所从事的工作程序及工作内容。(2)观察者个人成见对观察结果影响较大。(3)在进行观察时，被观察对象由于意识到自己被观察而可能故意做培训出种种假象，这会加大观察结果的误差。2.问卷法问卷法是当今收集资料最流行且最有效的方式之一。它是通过
