1、欣母沛宫颈注射联合卵圆钳钳夹宫颈防治产后出血的临床研究llI东省寿光市妇幼保健院262700【摘要】目的探讨欣母沛宫颈注射联合卵圆钳钳夹宫颈在防治子宫下段收缩欠佳所致的产后出血中的临床疗效。方法2012年6月至2014年6月在寿光市妇幼保健院住院的足月妊娠产妇随机分为两组，实验组即欣母沛组98例：A组49例：给予宫颈注射欣母沛250ug；B组49例：给予宫颈注射欣母沛250ug联合卵圆钳钳夹；对照组即缩宫素组98例：C49例：给予宫颈注射缩宫素20U；D组49例：给予宫颈注射缩宫素20U联合卵圆钳钳夹。观察患者在产后、产后2h、产后24h出血量及血红蛋白量及产后出血率。结果欣母沛组在出血量、
