1、万方数据第62卷第6期化工学报V01.62No.62011年6月CIESCJournalJune2011几种胺类固化剂对环氧树脂固化行为及固化物性能的影响谭家顶,程珏,郭晶,张军营(北京化工大学碳纤维及功能高分子教育部重点实验室,北京100029)摘要:固化剂结构对环氧树脂的固化行为和固化物性能具有重要影响,本文研究了聚醚胺(D230)、异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)和3,3'-二甲基一4,4,-二氨基一二环己基甲烷(DMDC)3种胺类固化剂与实验室自制的低黏度环氧树脂A进行固化反应。通过黏度分析、红外(FTIR)光谱分析、DSC分析等手段研究了环氧树
2、脂与固化剂反应程度随固化时间和固化温度的变化规律,采用万能材料试验机研究J,固化温度对固化物拉伸强度、断裂伸长率的影响。结果表明,3种树脂/固化剂体系的固化反应活化能分别为59.6、50.9、54.9kJ·mol1;与脂肪族固化剂D-230相比,脂环族同化剂IPDA和DMDC具有反应活性高,同样固化条件下固化产物的固化程度高、强度高和断裂伸长率高的特点,并且双环结构的DMDC具有更高的韧性。关键词:低黏度环氧树脂;胺类固化荆;固化行为;高强度DOI:10.3969/j.issn.0438—1157.2011.06.037中图分类号:TQ430.1
