2、dge,NJ07920andPacketeerInc.144/144("Supplier")havinganofficeat10495N.DeAnzaBlvd.,Cupertino,CA95014.CompanyagreestopurchaseandSupplieragreestosellinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsstatedinthisAgreementandanyattachmentstothisAgreement.WHEREAS,Company
3、wishestopurchaseproductsofSupplier's(designand)manufactureforresaletoCompany'scustomers,andWHEREAS,SupplierdesirestosellsuchmaterialstoCompanyforresaletoCompany'scustomers,THEREFORE,thepartiesagreeasfollows1.AGREEMENTEFFECTIVEPERIOD144/144Thetermofthi
4、sAgreementshallcommenceon,June25,1999,andshall,exceptasotherwiseprovidedinthisAgreement,continueineffectthereafteruntilSeptember21,2003.2.MATERIAL"MATERIAL"asusedinthisAgreementshallmeanSupplier'sPacketShaperProductsaslistedinAPPENDIXA,attachedandmade
