3、hatthebooks,recordsandaccountsaremaintainedaccuratelyandfairlyreflectthetransactionsandadministrationoftheassesofthehotel.lTodeviseandmaintainasystemofinternalaccountingcontrolsufficienttoensurethattransactionsareexecutedinaccordancewithManagement’sgeneralandspecificauthorizationandinco

4、mpliancewithgenerallyacceptedaccountingprinciplesandspecificcountrylegislation.lToreviewandcertifyanyhotelinternalorexternalfinancialreportingbeforedistribution.lOverseethepreparationofthehotel’syearlyoperatingbudget.ADMINISTRATIVERESPONSIBILITIES:lToensurethatthehotelholdallrequiredlic

5、ensesandpermitstooperate.lToensurethehotelhasadequateinsurancepoliciesinplaceasstipulatedintheManagementAgreement.lToreviewallproposedcontractsforpricingandterms,ensuringthathotel’sinterestcomesfirstandisprotectedatalltimes.lToprovideassistancetootheroperationaldepartmentsinthedefinitio
