1、各专业全套设计变速箱机构座工艺及夹具设计摘要伴随着一波乂一波的购车热,中国汽车业十分火热,同时带动了作为主耍汽配行业一变速箱产业的发展。改进工艺降低生产成本成为一种必然。基于此种原因,本文就传统的变速机构座进行分析,优化工艺规程设计,并对加工过程中的机床夹具进行了优化设计。工件加工的工艺规程设计和夹具设计是本次设计的重点。本文对变速机构座进行了介绍,利用AutoCAD软件绘制相关的零件图。对变速机构座客体进行工艺性分析,合理选择确定了工件主耍加工表而的加工方法,制定了工艺路线。并认真的作了相关丁序的科学计算。最后,根据相关工作结果,运用AutoCAD中的块属
