1、摘要世界经济市场的一体化发展给我国企业发展带来了机遇，但是同时也带来了巨大的挑战，企业与企业之间的竞争日益激烈，特别是一些国际大企业相继进入中国市场，使得企业的压力更加的大。企业与企业之间的竞争已经摆脱了传统产品竞争的模式，而是全方位的竞争，包括创新能力、管理能力、成本控制等多个方面的竞争。而供应链运行效果的好坏对于这些因素起到了至关重要的作用，大量的事实表明，一个企业要在市场竞争中获得优势，首先必须从自身的供应链优化开始，通过优化供应链上的每一个环节，降低企业运行成本，从而使得企业的综合能力不断的上升。采购管理是每一个企业必须正视的大问题，合理的采购平台
2、的设计可以帮助企业获得更低的采购价格、更短的交易期以及更优质的服务质量。本文主要是基于如何设计采购平台来进行企业结构优化的研究。本文首先针对采购管理等理论知识进行了详细的介绍和描述，研究了A企业经营现状，同时根据具体情况研究了A企业对于采购管理的需求，然后根据A企业具体运行情况进行采购平台的设计，其中包括总体方案的设计以及流程设计，最后之处A企业在实施采购平台过程中存在的一些问题，针对A企业处在行业的特点以及其产品本身的特点，提出了一系列的完善措施，希望通过本文的研究可以为其综合竞争能力的提升提供帮助。关键词：ERP系统供应链采购平台IAbstractFa
