1、AbstractAbstractThepaceofurbanizationprocesspromotessocialneedsofsustainablelifestyleandthehealthyandleisuretourismexperiences.Eco-agriculturetourismhasgreatdevelopmentwiththistrend.However,theexistedEco-agriculturetourismservicesfacesomeproblemswhichincludes
2、thesimilarandboringinteractionactivities,thepoorparticipationqualityandlowuserviscosity.ButtheybuildsolidfoundationsforcollaborativeservicedesignapproachtoEco-agriculturetourism.Inthisthesis,accordingtothecurrentdevelopmentsituationofEco-agriculture,collabora
3、tiveserviceapproachescanhelptoreconstructnewrelationshipbetweenparticipantsforsharingtourismresource.InordertodefinecollaborationisvaluableforEco-agriculturetourism,authorusedcasescomparing,qualitativeandquantitativeanalysiswhichfocusonuserneeds,painpoints,pr
4、oblemareas,collaborativemotivation,andthetourismprocesstheybelongto.Finally,authorconcludestheframeworkandstrategymodelofcollaborativeserviceforEco-agriculturebasedondirectionofcollaborationintourismformfieldresearch.Thetheoreticalresearchoutputincludesfollow
5、ingaspects:firstly,thefocusanddesigndirectionsofcollaborativeserviceforEco-agriculturetourism.Secondly,thedefinitionofcollaborativebasicsandtarget,whicharethenetworksofcommunityandthesustainabletourismexperience.Thirdly,theRIC(relationship,interaction,continu
6、ity)model,itisadesignstrategyduring3processesintourism(anticipation,tourismactivities,experienceextension),whichcanguidedesignstrategyforsimilardesignchallenges.Last,thetestfortheoreticaloutputwithVankeKunshanfarmprojectunderpracticalandoptimizingcontext,inth
