1、摘要摘要水泥作为国民经济基础原材料，在人类社会的建筑业内扮演着非常重要的角色，水泥工业与国民经济建设有着非常密切的联系。水泥企业的存货种类繁多，原材料及各类燃料占到80%以上，出于成本考虑，实现存货管理具有重要的现实意义。存货在企业总资产中占据的比例越高，占用的流动资金量也越大，而存货管理对企业的资金占用水平以及资产运作效率产生较为直接的影响。企业管理的根本出发点和最终落脚点是价值最大化，想要保持较高的盈利能力，实现价值最大化，企业就应当重视对存货进行科学有效的管理。本文采用规范研究与案例研究相结合的方法，首先从水泥行业的背景入手，阐述了水泥行业实行存货管理的意义所在，

2、在对S公司的背景及存货状况进行介绍后，描述了S公司现阶段存货管理遇到的三个较为突出的问题。并对问题出现的原因进行了详细的分析，以存货管理理论为基础，借鉴ABC分类法、最优经济批量公式及准时生产制的相关理论知识，运用自身在水泥企业的实践经验，与企业的管理层以及基层工作人员进行探讨后，提出了七项改善S公司存货管理的具体措施。本文的创新之处在于：如何对水泥企业的存货进行分类；如何根据需求确定原材料的最佳订购量；如何将管理者绩效考核进行细化，引起管理人员对存货管理的重视；对于相似水泥企业如何更好的实现存货管理能起到一定的借鉴作用。关键词：存货；存货管理；分类管理；IAbstra
