1、AbstractAbstractLiaoningisborderontheBohaiSeaandtheYellowSea,whichhasauniqueadvantageoffisheryresources,isoneoftheimportantfisheryproductionbasesinourcountry.Asatraditionalindustryofliaoning,fisheryplaysaveryimportantroleintheprocessofeconomicdevelopmentinLiaoningProvince.Afterthedevelop
2、mentofmorethansixtyyearssincethefoundingofChina,especiallytherapiddevelopmentsincethereformandopeningup,Liaoningfisheryproductionandfisherieseconomichadafundamentalchange,andnowhasenteredanewstageofdevelopment.Fisherystructurereasonableornotplaysanimportantroleonthedevelopmentoffisheryec
3、onomy,therefore,thefisherystructureoptimizationandupgradinghasbeenahotissueofthewholeprovinceiscommittedtosolve,whichtosomeextentdeterminethedevelopmenttrendsandprospectsofLiaoningfishery.InordertofurtherimprovetheLiaoningfisheryeconomy,wemustputfisherystructureadjustmentasthemaineventof
4、theprovince’sfisherydevelopment.Atfirst,thispapersummarizedtheindustrystructure,fisherystructerandrelatedstructuraloptimizationtheory;secondly,accordingtothecharacteristicsofthefisheriesdevelopmentinLiaoningprovincesincethefoundingofChina,itwasdividedintofivecourse:therecoverystage,thede
5、velopmentstage,therapiddevelopmentstage,theadjustmentdevelopmentstageandthecomprehensivedevelopmentstage;measuredtherateanddirectionofchangeoffisherystructure,thenfisheryeconomyoutputcorrelationwasanalyzedbybuildingthegraytheorymodel,onthebasisofempiricalanalysis,pointedoutthepresentstat
