2、ion——ACaseofShanxiProvinceAbstract:In2013,theideaof“OneBeltAndOneRoad”addsanewstartingpointontheblueprintofChineseeconomicdevelopment,andthetradevolumewilldramaticincreaseacrossindustries.Togetherwithit,thedemandoflogisticsandcomprehensivetransportationwillraise,too.The2008int
3、ernationalfinancialcrisisbrokeoutacrosstheglobe,Asthepioneerofeconomicdevelopment,Chineselogisticsconductsearlierthanothers.Accompaniedwithit,thedataismoreimport,thebigdataeracomes.Tomatchwiththedevelopingspeed,comprehensivetransportationmustmodernize.Therefore,accordingtoChin
4、eseeconomicdevelopmentrequirement,weshouldintegratetherelationshipbetweenintelligentlogisticsandcomprehensivetransportationwell.Inordertoexplaintherealityofthecoordinateddevelopmentbetweenintelligentlogisticsandcomprehensivetransportationclearly,Iconsulted,comparedandanalyzedm
5、anymaterialsorrelevantliteraturefirstly,havingathoroughunderstandingthecircumstancesathomeandabroad.AfterreferringtotheChinesedevelopmentofbothintelligentlogisticsandcomprehensivetransportation,wecanconcludethattheyarestillonprimarystage.Andtherearesomeconstraintsresultinginth
6、eincompatibledevelopment,likedifferentmanagementstructureandobjectives,marketsupervisionandlackingnurturing,disabledatoperationalcapabilityinsystem,incompleteassociatedequipment,lowlevelsofresearchandinformationconstruction,andsoon.Tofurtherimprovetheaccuracyoftheanalysis,Iset
7、upaquotasystemaboutChineseintelligentlogisticsandcomprehensivetransportation,andestablishamathematicalmodel.WithPCA,ImeasurethedegreeofcoordinatedIIIdevelopmentinShanxi.Accordingtothemodelcalculation,itshowsthatthecoordinateddevelopmentofShanxigraduallyimproved,accountingforCh
