2、ime,somedrawbacksinthecurrentmedicalsystemalsograduallyexposed,oneofthebiggestproblemsisthehighmedicalcosts."Toseeadoctorexpensive"hasbecomethecurrentsocialandeconomicproblemswhichhasattractedgreatconcernofthepublic.Inrecentyears,ourcountrymedicalexpe
3、nserisesrapidly,from1980to2010,inabout30years,totalmedicalcostinourcountryhasbeenincreasedbyafactorofabout138,theaveragemedicalexpensesinthepast30yearshasincreasedbyabout101times,andduringsameperiod,China'surbanresidentsdisposableincomeonlyincreasedab
4、out46times.Thegrowthrateoftheaveragemedicalexpenseswasobviouslyhigherthanthatoftheaveragedisposableincomeofurbanresidentsinourcountry,highhealthcarecostshavecausedgreateconomicpressureforthenationalandpersonallife.Theproportionofthehighvaluemedicalcon
5、sumablesmedicaltreatmentforthetotalcostisnothigh,butforsomespecificdiseases,suchascoronaryheartdisease、uremiaandsoon,theyarethemainpartofmedicalexpenses,andtheproportionofthetotalmaterialcostincreasinglyyearbyyear.Ashighvaluemedicalconsumablesinvolved
