2、iJinpingputforwardthe"SilkRoadEconomicBelt"initiative,whichbringsnewopportunitiesforChineseandthefiveCentralAsiancountriestofacilitatetradeandinvestment,thisinitiativealsoreceivedapositiveresponseandbroadconsensusfromtheCentralAsiancountries.ChinaandthefiveCentralAsiancountrieshavestrongcomplement
3、arityineconomicandtradeareas,theoveralleconomicdevelopmentstrategy,energystrategy,transportationstrategyanddiplomaticpolicyandsecuritystrategyareallfit,coupledwiththegeographicalandculturaladvantages,alltheabovefactorsareadvantageoustoacceleratetheprocessthatChinaparticipatesintheCentralAsiaregion
4、aleconomiccooperationinthefuture,HowevertherearealsomanyproblemsexistedinthetradeandinvestmentcooperationbetweenChinaandfiveCentralAsiancountries,inordertoreducetradebarriersandcostoftrade,tradeandinvestmentfacilitationwillbeimperative.ThispapertakestradeandinvestmentfacilitationbetweenChinaandthe
