1、摘要服务业的发展程度日趋成为衡量经济发达与否的重要标准。而近年中国铁路一直迅猛发展，尤其是中国高铁的发展吸引了世界的眼球，在铁路一次次技术变革的过程中，必然引致服务相应地跟着变化，那么铁路客运如何通过服务创新来更好地运营，为顾客提供更优的服务质量，是需要我们深入思考的一个问题。本文首先对服务创新的定义作了界定，通过阅读大量的文献，对我国铁路及铁路客运的演化过程作了介绍，并指出每个阶段所发生的代表性的典型事件；其次，通过搜集大量的文献，在服务创新四维度模型视角下，结合相似企业的特点及中国铁路自身的独特特点及铁路企业的服务蓝图，
2、采用内容分析法，对近年来有关铁路客运服务创新的文献进行梳理，析出了影响铁路客运服务创新的因素，运用服务创新四维度模型，对我国铁路客运服务创新进行了全面的分析；最后，对本文的研究得出结论，在铁路客运服务发展过程中，受到的关键影响因素主要有企业战略、员工、资金、顾客、政策制度、竞争者六个方面，中国铁路的性质之前一直是政企合一，既是运动员又是裁判员，所以政策对铁路的影响不容小觑，加之，人们乘车的需求也在不断变化，原来的服务环境、服务理念和服务态度及方式等等，已不能满足人们的要求，所以铁路不得不思考自己今后的发展方向，如何能更好地满
