1、AbstractABSTRACTCitySubwayisaquasipublicgood,oneofthecity'sinfrastructures,itsengineeringconstruction,operationandpropertydevelopmenthasstrongexternality.Subwayhaslargeconstructioninvestment,whileoperatingincomeisratherlimitedfare.Fromtheopeningofcitysubwayatpresentintheworld,itisnotdifficu
2、lttofindthatmostcity'ssubwaysrunataloss,subsidizedbygovernment.Inthisdissertation,wesetNanchangsubwayconstructionfinancingmodeastheobjectofstudy,usingthemethodsofreference,comparisonandcaseanalysis,summingupthecurrentsituationandproblemsofNanchangrailtransitfinancingmodebasedontheanalysisan
3、dcomparisonofurbanrailtransitinourcountry.Wecanputforwardthefinancingmethodof“subway+communitytotheNanchangsubwayconstructionthenanalyzeoperatingprofitunderthismode.Firstly,thisdissertationdescribestheconceptandtheoryofsubwaycharacteristics,summarizedthetheoreticalresearchandrelevantexperie
4、nceofsubwayconstructionfinancingmodefromdomesticandoverseas.Secondly,abriefintroductionofcurrentsituationofdomesticcitysubwayconstruction,thenauthoranalyzesthegeneralproblemofitsfinancingexistindepth.Again,throughacomparativeanalysisoftheinvestmentandfinancingmodeincitysubwayconstructioninC
