1、摘要我国县级邮政储蓄银行运营管理问题研究中国邮政储蓄银行从邮政企业中分化出来，一改往日品种单一的经营局面和“只存不贷”的经营模式，借鉴其他商业银行的经营管理方法，正在向专业的银行队伍迈进。但是，从邮政服务企业转向专业国有银行，作为新生银行，与目前的邮政企业之间仍存在着密不可分的关系；县级邮政储蓄银行在整个邮政储蓄银行分支机构中占着极大的份额，直接影响整体的发展。因此，加快县级邮政储蓄银行的发展，整个邮政储蓄银行才能稳步发展；然而提升县级邮政储蓄银行内部的运营管理，才能为加快向外发展提供保障。基于此，本文以运营管理为理论基础，从县级邮政储蓄银行
2、内部以及和县级邮政局之间的联系为抓手，采用实地调研和实证分析的方法，分析研究运营管理中涉及到的制度建设、职能分工、绩效管理以及人才培养等多个因素。通过对这些因素的深入分析，找出存在的问题，为下一步提出解决方案打下基础，同时对县级邮政局分析内部运营管理起到借鉴参考的作用。然后，本文从横向和纵向的角度，选举有代表性的商业银行，调查其内部管理运营，并对其成功经验进行分析和借鉴；同时根据县级邮政储蓄银行的实际经营情况，综合考虑得出符合其自身发展和县级邮政局需要的一系列措施和建议，促进其运营管理能力的瓶颈破解。县级邮政储蓄银行运营管理问题分析的过程和结
