2、ation,becausethatthemarketcompetitionisaboutthewholeindustryvaluechainorindustrialcluster.Theenterprisesinclustersharetheadvantagesofexternalscale,lowproductioncost,innovatedexchangeplatformandregionalbrandeffect,throughtheprofessionalproduction-collaborationnetwork
3、andflexiblespecializedmodeofproduction,toexpandanddevelopmentcontinuously.Theeffectofindustrialclusterisprofound,especiallyforthesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisestocompetewithstrongerrival.Basedonthefoundationoftheoreticalresearchaboutindustrialclustersandtheactualsit
4、uationofelectronicinformationindustryinJi'an,thisworkanalyzedthecharacteristicsoftheindustrialstructureandthecompetitivesituationofeachsubindustryofelectronicinformationindustrybyusingtheshift-sharemethod.WebuiltaGEMmodeltoanalyzethecompetitivenessofelectronicinform
5、ationclustersinJi'anmorequantitatively,throughsettinguptheindexsystemandusinggradedapproachofexpertandenterprisequestionnaireandanalytichierarchyprocess.ThenevaluatingtheresultsoftheGEMmodelobjectivelycombinedwithourfieldinvestigation,aswellasanalyzingtheproblemsari
6、seninthedevelopmentprocess.Moreover,accordingtotheanalyzedresults,weconcludedthedevelopmentpathofthesubindustriesandputforwardamorepracticalandfeasiblesuggestionsforthesustainabledevelopmentofindustrialclusterbyreferringthesuccessfulexperienceindevelopmentofelectron
7、icinformationindustryclustersindevelopedareas.Astheresultshowed,Ji'anelectronicinformationindustryclustercompetitionwereinmediumlevelofthecountry,withproblemsofdefectiveinfrastructure,insufficientinnovationabilityinenterprises,absenceofrelatedenterprise,feeblecooper
8、ationconsciousnessandlackofhigh-techtalent.Itwassuggestedthatthegovernmentaldepartmentsshouldaccuratelyascertainitsorientationintheservice
