4、:Duetotheunevennessofaroadsurface,thewheelsofavehiclemustperformmovementsupanddowninadditiontotheirrotationmotion.Whenthevehicleisbeingdrivenfast,theremovementsoccurwithinaveryshortspaceoftime,generatingaccelerationsanddecelerationsperpendiculartotheroadsurfacewhichareamultipleofaccelerationdue

5、togravity.Thiscausessignificant,impulsiveforcestoactonthevehicle,whicharegreateriftheinertiaisgreater.Thesuspensionworkstogetherwiththedampingtoabsorbjoltsfromtheroadandtoconvertthemintovibrations.Themaincomponentsofthechassisareframe,spring,shockabsorbers,steeringsystem,drivingshaft，brakes，tir
