2、MarxistSupervisor:LiMingyuanJune.8.2017西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文第I页摘要中国特色社会主义民生思想，是改革开放以来历届党中央领导集体认识民生和改善民生观点的概括和升华。在其指导下，我国改善民生的实践取得了巨大成就。要实现进一步改善民生，离不开中国特色社会主义民生思想的指导。中国特色社会主义民生思想的研究具有重要的学术价值和意义。中国特色社会主义民生思想在其形成、丰富和发展的过程中，借鉴和吸收了马克思主义经典作家的民生思想,中国古代传统文化中的民本思想，孙中山的民生思想以及西方社会福利思想。中国特色社会主义民生思想内

3、容丰富，概括主要有尊重人民主体地位增进民生福祉，大力发展经济奠定民生基础，保障人民民主权利促进民生，坚持扶贫开发破解民生难题以及织好民生“安全网”保障民生。同时，其特色鲜明，有以国情为基础的实践特色，以马克思主义立场、观点和方法为指导的理论特色，以传统文化为土壤的民族特色和以与时俱进为原则的时代特色。不仅如此，中国特色社会主义民生思想也有重要的理论价值和实践价值。关键词：中国特色社会主义民生思想人民改善民生西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文第II页AbstractTheSocialistPeople’slivelihoodthoughtwithChinesech
