1、摘要灯饰加工企业风险管理研究近几年有着“中国灯都”之称的古镇灯饰加工市场，销量和利润连年下滑，每年都有一部分亏损、倒闭的灯饰加工企业。本文拟通过对目前我国灯饰加工企业的现状进行系统分析，了解当前我国灯饰加工企业的发展现状以及存在的问题，以“中国灯都”古镇灯饰加工企业为研究对象，运用风险管理理论对灯饰加工企业进行研究，依据风险管理理论的内容和程序，对灯饰加工企业进行风险因素识别，并运用风险矩阵图对古镇灯饰市场中的灯饰加工企业风险进行分析，使企业的投资人和管理者能够认识到灯饰加工企业风险发生的概率和影响程度，知道对哪种风险进行有效的规避和采取怎样的措施，从而提高灯饰加工企业的风险管理水平，确保企业
