1、摘要技术创新对企业发展的作用逐渐被认知，也有研究表明技术创新能力对企业绩效有显著的正向的影响。本研究着眼国际市场环境，主要是探讨企业技术创新能力与国际创业绩效关系，结合中国中小企业的发展背景，提出改善企业国际创业绩效的途径。本文将研究对象聚焦在广东省中小型跨国创业企业，对企业技术创新能力与国际创业绩效之间的关系进行研究。本研究系统地回顾了企业技术创新能力、国际创业国内外研究文献，通过发放问卷调查，对中小企业的国际创业情况的调查，利用收到的135份有效问卷通过SPSS20.0对数据进行分析，得出以下：（1）企业技术创新能力中的创新管理能力、创新研发能力、创新营销能

2、力、创新生产能力对国际创业成长绩效有正向的作用；（2）技术创新能力中的创新管理能力、创新研发能力、创新营销能力、创新生产能力对国际创业财务绩效有显著正向作用。根据实证研究结果，提出了有利于企业提高国际创业绩效的发展建议：（1）首要提高企业研究开发能力，培养技术人才；（2）提升创新的管理能力，引入管理人才和技术；（3）提高企业的市场营销能力，树立品牌意识（4）提高自身的生产能力，促进设备更新换代。在最后，笔者对于研究结果进行了讨论，以及总结，并且对于本研究存在的局限性进行了阐述，希望在以后的研究中可以规避，对于企业技术创新能力与企业国际创业绩效的关系研究可以进一步
