thatthepieceworkstandardsshouldbesetupcarefully.InChina,mostofthecompaniesinthisindustryareproducinglow-endproducts.Itishardtofindreferencestandardinothercompanies.Asaresult,weneedtospendsometimetodotheevaluationjob.Secondly,“BonusSystem”can“Stockownership”canwokwellinChina.AgoodexampleisHuaweiTechnologiesCo.Ltdwhichkeepstheemployeeswithhighworkpassion.Also,inChina,thepolicyofemployeesholdinghighpercentageofthestockisrare.IfLincolnintroducesthispolicy,thecompetitivenesscanbeincreased.Lastly,otherrewardslikeemploymentguaranteepolicy,feedbacksystem,trainingandpromotionsystem,andnopaidholidaysandsickdaysareallcanincreasethesenseofbelongingness.Oneobstacleisthefeedbacksystem.ChinesepeoplearenotfamiliartogivesuggestionandjudgementasUSpeople.Inthiscase,atthebeginningofthebonusassessment,weshouldlowertherequirementlevelofthe“IdeasandCooperation”criteria.Thenwebuildupanencouragecultureandincreasethelevellater.Fromtheadvantagesshownabove,weshouldimplementthe“LincolnWay”inChina.4
