1、摘要摘要随着人口和社会经济的发展，尤其是近年来频发的洪涝灾害，给人民生命财产安全都造成了一定的危害，使得我国的防洪形势更加严峻。分析历年洪涝灾害发生的情况，发现所占比重和频率较大的是山洪灾害，由其造成的危害和损失也更严重。吉安市永新县位于江西省吉安市西部地区，在全县各乡镇有多条小河流、小水系，据统计有60多条，山区性河流也很多，这些河流的洪水有暴涨暴落特征。由于山洪灾害的发生在一定程度上是由降雨形成的洪水而引起的，因此通过分析小流域洪水特征对山洪灾害的防治防御都起着关键作用。本论文参照永新县龙源口流域内的人口、地理位置、水文气象、经济发展概况、历年山洪灾害、
2、涉水工程基本情况和防治现状等基本数据信息，通过分析龙源口流域覆盖的防治区内暴雨特征和洪水规律以及计算成灾水位和相应流量频率，对龙源口流域的防洪能力现状进行评估，同时以三种情况下的临界雨量分析雨量预警指标。以此作为山洪预警、转移路线、临时安置点和需转移雨量预警指标依据，同时提出防治建议和对策。关键词：山洪灾害；防治现状；防洪能力；预警雨量IAbstractAbstractWiththedevelopmentofpopulationandsocialeconomy,especiallyinrecentyears,frequentfloods,tothepeopl
