1、中国当代医药2017年1月第24卷第1期·护理研究·优质护理服务模式在腹腔镜治疗卵巢肿瘤患者中的应用效果叶小琴陈玉群广东省河源市源城区人民医院妇产科，广东河源517000[摘要]目的探讨对腹腔镜治疗卵巢肿瘤患者实施优质护理服务后恢复效果。方法选取2015年2月～2016年2月我院收治的卵巢肿瘤患者72例，按照入院先后顺序划分为对照组与优质组，各36例，均接受腹腔镜手术治疗。对照组患者接受常规围术期护理措施，优质组在对照组基础上接受优质护理服务，比较两组患者住院时间、患者满意度与术后生存质量情况。结果对照组患者满意度为77.78

2、%，优质组患者满意度为91.67%（P<0.01）；对照组胃肠道恢复时间与住院天数均长于优质组（P<0.01）；对照组患者社会融入度、躯体功能、心理、家庭关系与自我认同度等指标评分均低与优质组（P<0.01）。结论为卵巢肿瘤患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗，在围术期提供优质护理服务，大部分患者对护理服务感到满意且术后生存质量较高，住院时间较短，整体恢复情况较好。[关键词]卵巢肿瘤；生存质量；术后康复[中图分类号]R737.31[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-4721（2017）01（a）-0165-03Clinicaleffect
