1、cmh毕业论文终稿毕业论文 由本实验室构建的猪伪狂犬病毒基因缺失株PRVTK-/gE-/LacZ+作为一种病毒载体,具有安全性好、容量大、重组效率高等优点,本研究用人工合成的O型口蹄疫P1基因作为抗原基因,用和泛素(Ub)融合的UbiP1作为另一个抗原基因同时达到增强细胞免疫效果,再将针对口蹄疫3B基因设计的shRNA和具有抗病毒及免疫调节效果的猪IFN-γ与以上两个功能基因串联,构建了具有四个功能基因的转移载体,将此转移载体和PRV缺失株TK-/gE-/LacZ+共转染细胞,发生基因重组后进行了空斑纯化,经鉴定,初步得到了含有
