2、组36例患者给予围手术期常规护理模式，观察2组患者临床疗效及护理满意度差异。结果经不同围手术期护理模式干预后，观察组患者肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、出院时间均显著早于同期对照组患者;2组患者临床护理总满意度对比，观察组患者临床护理总满意度达94．44%，对照组患者临床护理满意度为72．22%，组间差异显著，差异有统计学意义(P＜0．05)。结论针对老年腹外疝无张力修补术患者，定向给予围术期综合护理干预模式，可显著强化患者手术效果，改善患者预后情况，值得临床综合应用推广。【关键词】疝，腹部;疝修补术;围手术期护理;老年人Applicationeffectofcomprehensivenurs
