7、配件、设备报审表····················第68页封底····················································第69页曲靖欣厦房地产开发有限公司工程建设管理细则1、总则1.1为了加强本工程的建设管理工作,确保各项工作科学、规范、有序的进行,以实现优质工程为目的,依据国家有关法律法规和现行管理办法制定本规定。1.2参加本工程建设的勘察、设计、施工、监理、消防、材料和设备供应、安装和装饰装修、室外绿化及市政施工单位(以下简称参建单位)都必
8、须遵守本规定。1.3本规定作为参建各方与建设单位所签订的合同附件之一,在合同执行及现场管理中属优先解释条款。1.4本工程的建设管理机构欣厦地产工程管理部门全面负责工程建设的组织、指挥、协调和综合管理工作。1.5各参建单位应当积极配合建设单位执行规定,加强工程建设的各项管理规定执行力度。各单位必须按投标承诺、合同(或协议)条款要求,选派业务素质高、作风踏实、责任心和协调能力强的工作及工程技术管理人员,组成高效的管理工作班子,建立建全内部管理体系和相应的制度,做好工程的管理工作。1.6在本工程各项管
