3、cesetc.reachedthefollowingagreements:I.ProjectOverviewProjectName:Projecttime:Location:ProjectArea:ProjectProgress:PartyBshallbeginstandconstructionworkat13:00onJune25,2015;PartyBshallcompletethestandconstructionworkonJune27,2015;PartyBshallberesponsiblefordismantlingworkaftertheshowclosingonJune
4、30,2015.II.Costoftheproject:Thetotalconstructioncostofthecontractedproject(includingtax):¥(RMB);Notes:1,chargedexhibitionspace(Raw)managementfeewillbepaidbythePartyB,andthetotalcostaboveshallcontainsuchfee.2,theelectricboxapplicationandusagefeeswillbepaidbythePartyB,andthetotalcostaboveshallconta
5、insuchfees.III.Theprojectfundsandpaymentdate:PartyAwithinthreeworkingdaysfromsigningthecontractdateshallpaythe70%contractedtotalcost¥(RMB)asadvancepayment.4WhenPartyAacceptthefinishedboothconstructedbyPartyB,PartyAwillpayfortheremaining30%balance¥(RMB)toPartyBbeincashorbanktransfer.AfterPartyBrec
6、eivingthebalance,thefullinvoiceshallbedeliveredtothePartyA.PartyBhastherighttorefusetostarttheconstructionbeforereceivingtheprepayment.IV.TheliabilityofPartyAandPartyBPartyA’sresponsibilities:1)fullypaytoPartyBonschedule;2)toprovidestandardfilesincludingLOGOvectorfiles,pictures,inkjetandotherimag
