6、rfacecanbeobtainedwhenthemalecoreiscoatedwithahigh-glossvarnishaftersomefillingwork.Varnishedmalecorescanbepolishedbeforetheyareplacedinamould.However,itisimperativethatthepolishisfreeofsilicone,anyresidueofwhichwillimpairthereleasingprocess.Finishrestorersforautomobilesofte
7、ncontainsiliconeconstituents,andtheiruseisthereforeinadvisable・Beforeitistreatedforthefirsttimewithareleaseagent,themalecoreshouldbecleanedwithacleaningagent,howeverthecompatibilitybetweenthecleaningagentandthesurfacemustbetested.Beforethefirstapplicationofwax,thecleaningage
8、ntmustbeleftforseveralhoursinawaimroomuntilitnolongercontainsanytnippedair.
