3、onsofthefilmmateriallistedinAnnex1attheArchiveandtherelationsbetweenthecontractingpartieswithregardtothismaterial.ArticleIDefinitionsThefollowingdefinitionsarethoseagreedbetweenFIAPFandACEundertheaforementionedframeworkagreement.TheDepositor:denotesthefilmprodu

4、cer,orthefilmproducer'slegallyauthorizedrepresentative,whovoluntarilymakesandassumesthefinancialandtechnicalresponsibilityofmakingadepositinaccordaneewiththeprovisionsofthiscontract.PreservationArchives:(alsoreferredtoastheArchives)denotesapubliclaworprivatenon

5、-profit-makingbodythatisamemberoftheACEandwhoseactivitiesasstatedbyitsArticlespursuegeneralmuseumobjectivesfromConservationtoaccess,andwhichisableproperlytocarryoutthetasksofPreservationandRestorationwhileofferingthenecessaryassurancesofrespectforcopyright.Depo
