3、idebasis.TheWorldTelecommunicationStandardizationConference(WTSC),whichmeetseveryfouryears,establishedthetopicsforstudybytheITU-TStudyGroupswhich,intheirturn,produceRecommendationsonthesetopics.ITU-TRecommendationE.215wasrevisedbytheITU-TStudyGroupII(1988-1993)andwasapprovedby
4、theWTSC(Helsinki,March1-12,1993).___________________NOTES1AsaconsequenceofareformprocesswithintheInternationalTelecommunicationUnion(ITU),theCCITTceasedtoexistasof28February1993.Initsplace,theITUTelecommunicationStandardizationSector(ITU-T)wascreatedasof1March1993.Similarly,in
5、thisreformprocess,theCCIRandtheIFRBhavebeenreplacedbytheRadiocommunicationSector.InordernottodelaypublicationofthisRecommendation,nochangehasbeenmadeinthetexttoreferencescontainingtheacronyms“CCITT,CCIRorIFRB”ortheirassociatedentitiessuchasPlenaryAssembly,Secretariat,etc.Futur
6、eeditionsofthisRecommendationwillcontaintheproperterminologyrelatedtothenewITUstructure.2InthisRecommendation,theexpression“Administration”isusedforconcisenesstoindicatebothatelecommunicationadministrationandarecognizedoperatingagency.ITU1993Allrightsreserved.Nopartofthispubl
