7、模越来越大,楼层越来越多,对电梯的可靠性、舒适感和美学等方面的要求也有了更高要求。电梯是集机电一体的复杂系统,不仅涉及机械传动、电气控制和土建等工程领域,还要考虑可靠性、舒适感和美学等问题。而对现代电梯而言,应具有高度的安全性。事实上,电梯上已经采用了多项安全保护措施。在设计电梯的时候,对机械零部件和电器元件都采取了很大的安全系数和保险系数。然而,只有电梯的制造,安装调试、售后服务和维修保养都达到高质量,才能全面保证电梯的最终高质量。在国外,已“法规”实行电梯制造、安装和维修一体化,实行由各制造企业认可的、法规认证的专
