2、gineeringdesigh),Whencompleted,formingwithanannualoutputof200,000tonsofcement‐scaleenterprises.一、生产工艺流程Productionprocess1、原料、燃料储存Rawmaterials,fuelstorage石灰石由矿山开采，自卸汽车运入厂堆场内，经PCD1612锤式破碎机进行破碎，碎石经卸料斗、皮带机、提升机、库顶皮带机送入2‐φ10m×24m碎石储存。Bylimestonemining,thelimestoneisconvey
3、edintothefactoryyardbydumptruck.APCD1612HammerCrusherisusedtobreaklimestone,aggregateisconveyedbydischargedoo、beltconveyer、hoist、theroofbeltmachinesinto2‐φ10m×24mroundlimestonetobestored.砂岩经矿山开采，由汽车运入18×20m堆棚进行风干、破碎后先再经皮带机、S型卸料小车送入20×25×15m预均化堆棚进行“T”型走廊两面布料，形成“人”字形料

6、imestonetobestored.铁粉由卸汽车运入厂内18m×20m堆棚，经提升机送入1‐φ6m×14m铁粉库储存。Ironpowerisbroughtintothe18m×20mreactorshelfbythedumpingofcars,andthenitisconveyedbyhoistintothe1‐φ6m×14mironstorehousetobestored.粘土由自卸汽车运入厂内18m×20m堆棚，经φ2.2m×16m烘干机烘干后用提升机送入φ6m×14m圆库储存。Clayisbroughtintothe1
