3、outbreaksofE-ColiandSalmonellapoisoninghaveledtomassivefoodrecallsofgroundbeefandotherthingslikespinach,tomatoesandeggs. "Peoplearealarmedwhentheyseethesekindsofoutbreaksandtheywantthefoodindustrytodosomething,"RobertBrackett,afoodindustryanalystsaid.NowthefoodindustryandtheU.S.Agricu

4、ltureDepartmenthaveestablishedtougherregulationstokeepcontaminateditemsoutofthefoodsupply. Meatandpoultryproductswillbepreventedfromreachingconsumersfor24to48hoursuntilgovernmentinspectorshavetheopportunitytoreviewteststohelpensureconsumersaregettingthesafestfoodpossible.  Governmentr
