4、ntionalinjectionmoldingmachineshasbeenmodifiedtoallowthecreationofasingle-phasesolution・ImportantmodificationstothesysteminvolvetheuseofaprecisionSCFdeliverysystemtoprovideSCFspecialinjectorsbasedonmassflowmeteringprinciple・TheSCFistheninjectedintothelensbarrel,whereitismixedwiththep

5、olymerthroughspeciallydesignedscrews・Ashut-offnozzlemaintainsthesingle-phasesolutionwhiletheinjectionscrewmaintainssufficientbackpressureatalltimestopreventexcessiveearlyfoamingorlossofpressure,whichwillallowthetwo-phasesolutionofthesingle-phasesolutiontoreturn.Basicallymolding,theMu
